Paul Buckle is a British football manager and former player. He is best known for his managerial spells at Luton Town and Bristol Rovers.

As a player, he was a midfielder.

His managerial career began at Cambridge United as caretaker manager. He then managed Kettering Town, leading them to the Conference Premier title in 2008. Following this success, he joined Luton Town, where he achieved promotion to the Football League Two via the playoffs in 2009. He resigned from Luton in 2010 and subsequently managed Torquay United, Bristol Rovers, and Cheltenham Town. His tenure at Bristol Rovers was particularly noteworthy.
